    Before I found barefoot shoes I would purposely twist and manipulate my shoes I would wear. If I didn’t my feet would hurt like crazy.

    Please What can you recommend for a medstudent who does 24-30 h shifts , even my confortable sneakers cant handle all that and my feet hurt so bad nd sweat

    This is not foot-shaped at all. It’s very stiff, ultra thick high drop heels which cause spinal issues. Best is getting a foot-shaped shoe with a wide toe box, zero drop, and a thin flexible sole.
