I break out with cold sores on occasion not very often but every once in awhile my last outbreak I woke up in the morning and thought Oh it’s coming back so that night before I went to bed I went to the refrigerator and got the minced garlic out that I have in a jar. I took pieces of the garlic and put them on a Band-Aid and covered my lip and slept overnight with it on by 2:00 p.m. the next day it had completely gone away and so I put it on my lip before I went to bed the next day to be sure and it was gone. I’m not lying to you minced garlic will reverse the breakout reaction at least it did for me I wish I would have known this several years ago. I bought the minced garlic at Walmart in a small jar probably where the vegetable section is. The next time you feel like you’re going to have a Breakout put it on a Band-Aid and wear it on your lip overnight as you sleep.

I would like to suggest a correction in your video
    HHV -4 is cytomegalovirus
HHV-5 is EBV and not cytomegalovirus

Please refer to the 13th edition of the Burket textbook of Ora medicine
