So many models are not listed in the app. Samsung A51 not even there and that’s a model I would expect to be supported given that it’s not too old or too new. So you’re basically forced to lose your data before being able to bypass the lock screen. Doesn’t make any sense – I can do that without this app by just entering the wrong pattern/password the max # of times then the phone will do a factory reset. Why would anyone download an app for that? There are also ways to force the reset sooner so you don’t have to wait to enter your password so many times (there are delays that increase every time you do it – literally could take days when the hours are all added up). Again, no idea why anyone would bother with an app that doesn’t maintain your data any differently than the phone’s native behaviour.

This is the 2nd software that I have paid for the is worthless. I only have 1 attempt left. This cost me almost $50.00. The only way I will leave a better review is if I get my money back. I give this 000000000000000000000000000000000 stars. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9. Can you believe that is is not supported. What????????????????????????????????? I have called the support number numerous times today with not response. I just called a gain it said my wait time was minutes. After 30 minutes they said no one was available to try back later. The website says they are are open 24 hours 7 days a week. Thursday must be their day off. I tried a chat to no avail. Numerous phone calls as I said. I am very very very angry with this process.

Just want to let everyone out there know that all of these “screen unlock” software/apps out there are scams. You pay anywhere from $30 to $60 dollars for them and if you have a phone that wasn’t bought in the early 2010s, which is pretty much everyone out there, the ONLY option you have is to Factory Reset/Wipe All The Data on your phone. The Apps all walk you through how to erase all the data on your phone, WOW, Thanks, but you can easily do that yourself, if you don’t already know how, or with a quick Google search. I’ve tried about 3 or 4 different apps and they all do the same BS. Don’t waste your money on any of them, find a tech in your neighborhood or town who can unlock phones and leave these apps in the dust. I wonder how long this post will stay on this guys page, before he deletes it. Probably not good for business.

First provide a program that works with Samsung Galaxy S22+ and then explain or go away with your tutorials. Nobody use Samsung S3 in 2023…
